- Tuesten un puñado de almendras (sin cáscara) en una sartén. Retiren.
- Pongan un poquito de aceite en la sartén y agreguen el brócoli cortado chiquito. Añadan sal, pimienta, ajo y algún otro condimento a su gusto. Dejen cocinar a fuego lento.
- Añadan el arroz ya cocido y las almendras. Listo!
This rice is super easy and very tasty. Serve it with any dish of meat or fish. I leave you the recipe here:
- Roast a bunch of almonds (peeled) in a frying pan. Reserve.
- Put some oil in the pan and add the broccoli cut in small pieces. Add salt, pepper, garlic and any other condiment you prefer. Cook at low heat.
- Mix in some rice (already cooked) and put back the almonds. And it's done!
