¡Me encantan!
Ingredientes:
This is a recipe that my friend Sara gave
me. Since she made them at her house once, I started making I at my place as
well. I love it!
Ingredients:
- Pork steaks (or chicken or turkey, at least one per person) cut in big pieces.
- One onion, chopped.
- Fresh mushrooms, cut in slices (you can use canned ones if you want).
- One package of cream (200 ml).
- A little bit of Port wine (or any other sweet wine that you might have at home).
- Olive oil.
- Condiments: Minced garlic (or chopped), salt, pepper, ground nutmeg.
Start by heating some olive oil in a pan. Put
the meat and cook for both sides until golden. Take out the meat. In the same
pan, add the onion and the spices. Once the onion is cooked (transparent), add
the cream, wine and mushrooms. Let cook until the sauce thickens and the
mushrooms are cooked. Return the meat and let cook in low heat until the meat
is cooked throughout. Serve with white rice and salad.
